Using the Contact Us form enables you to enter your details and the information you require. On submitting the form your request will be sent directly to us for response.
We require the H20 Member Information form to be completed for all H20 swimmers. This ensure that we have the correct contact details and just as importantly the correct medical information relating to our swimmers/members. Any medical information provided is treated with the utmost confidentiality.
